Thank you for supporting Walker's Ridge Tallow Co! We want to ensure your tallow skincare products arrive quickly, safely, and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-demand periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer—but we promise it’s worth the wait!
Ontario-Based Orders
Currently, we only process online orders for deliveries within Ontario, Canada. If you’re outside Ontario, don’t worry—you can still get your favourite tallow skincare! Here’s what to do:

A list of the items you’d like to purchase

Confirmation that you’re comfortable paying via e-transfer

We’ll get back to you with the final cost, including shipping, and provide all the details needed to complete your purchase.
Ontario Shipping Zones
To make shipping as affordable as possible, we’ve organized Ontario into zones based on shipping costs. Most cities that are geographically close to each other share the same zone. However, there are exceptions like Sarnia, which isn’t near the GTA but falls under the same zone due to sharing a similar shipping rate.
If you’re unsure which zone to select at checkout, don’t stress!

We’ve worked hard to find shipping rates under $10 for you—no small feat in Canada! Thank you for understanding as we navigate the complexities of setting up an online store in Canada.
Yes, we can ship anywhere in Canada and even internationally—we just need to process these orders manually for now.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to keep an eye on your package every step of the way!
Shipping Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package, please contact us at [Insert email]. We’ll do our best to help, but we recommend reaching out to your local carrier first.

International Shipping Notes
We love sharing our tallow-based skincare with the world, but international deliveries can be unpredictable. Customs fees and additional taxes may apply, which are out of our control. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Walker's Ridge Tallow Co. your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase for unused or lightly used products. The item must be in its original packaging and in good condition. -
How to Process a Return:Email us at walkersridgetallow@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method upon receipt and review of the returned item.
Exclusions:

Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on items that are more than 25% used. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.
